Parking
If you live in Newport, RI, you’re eligible for the Residential Sticker Parking Program. The program, which is in effect from May 1st through October 1st, will require you to have a sticker on your vehicle during certain hours. From 6pm to 6am, most streets require you to display a parking sticker to park. The city began this process in 2006, and all vehicles with a Newport address in RI will receive a new sticker automatically.
