English well from India or Pakistan meaning you can’t understand the man or woman often they have not really much idea of how to help since many of them never speak English the reason this company hires them is to get cheap labor
SSE on the phone is okay normally but if you get others can be terrible when you ask for help by email often you get through to a man or woman no smarter than an average primary school kid personally primary school kid could probably outwit the staff very easy if I was to be fair if you are a primary school then follow your dream to become a business person or Accountant or anything else only time can stop you probably career-wise normally.
