A few months ago, Chairman Zedem International previewed the opening of this new project called Faisal Town Phase 2, and today they are doing it formally.
Another significant housing society owned by Faisal Town PVT Ltd. is Faisal Town Phase 2. The project’s owner is Chaudry Abdul Majeed. Speculations in the past suggested calling this project Faisal Meadows, but the developers chose this name instead. For this project, Zedem suggested four possible locations, but the chosen site is near the Thalian Interchange.
In Pakistan’s real estate market, Faisal Town PVT Ltd rose to prominence and completed a number of noteworthy projects. Now, they are establishing Faisal Town Phase 2 in consideration of the rising demand for housing as well as from investors. It is situated in a great area, just like earlier developments from the developers. With easy access from the M-2 Motorway, it is situated on the Thalian Interchange.
Because it is a new project, it does not yet have an official nod of approval from the relevant authorities. However, land has already been purchased by developers, so obtaining the NOC won’t be a problem. Soon, construction of Faisal Town Phase 2 will begin. Middle-class people’s requirements are taken into account when this project is established, allowing them to purchase plots and construct homes.
